LOVE the Atkins diet, very excited about my 19 pd weight loss, see the rest as being easy. This is a lifestyle for me, not a diet.

YEP -- it is a lifestyle and I can't imagine eating ANY other way at this point! Continued success :)

I was one of the worst carb addicts on the planet. Born in Scotland, raised on potatoes, breads, sweets, I never thought I would ever walk past a potatoe chip! I had no stop button when it came to chips. I could never imagine a burger or sandwich without bread. It's been 3 1/2 months and I can't imagine ever going back to eating like that again. I walk by bread, potatoes, rice and most of all chips.... all the time. No cravings. I feel better at my weight today, than I ever felt in the many years I weighed much less. Remove the yeast, gluten, and bloating carbs and I like how my body feels in my clothes. Just wish I had found this 20 years ago! Can't say enough about it.
