three mile jog today - felt great! however, i find that i am famished afterwards and typically eat a bit more than normal. Hopefully this is one of those one step back, two step forward type things.

You went for a 3 mile run? How awesome is THAT!! Congratulations!
Question... what about a little bit more protein before you go, and maybe a little bit afterwards. I think that might curb that hungry feeling after a run.

I drink protein shakes when I am done with a run. That always helps me, because otherwise I am crazy hungry!!!!
