Ran 6 miles yesterday and then gorged myself on carbs. my body really needed it me thinks. Anyway, down two points for the week. I have my italian mother-in-law visiting which means eating absurd amounts of food - so excercise will be paramount this week!

three mile jog today - felt great! however, i find that i am famished afterwards and typically eat a bit more than normal. Hopefully this is one of those one step back, two step forward type things.

New to this site - I was doing WW for awhile with some success but hit a wall after losing 10 pounds. I am getting tired of the points and am not really all that strict about it anyway. So, I am just trying to eat better and work-out more. I joined this site to find people who motivate me through flogging or any other method!
