Cheated a little this weekend. Alot actually. Decided to take my measurements just to see if anything had changed and to try and pump myself up a little. Here they are:

Feb 15th Mar 15th
Thighs 27 3/4" 26" down 1 3/4"
Hips 51 3/4" 49" down 2 3/4"
Waist 54" 51" down 3"
Arms 16" 14" down 2"

That's a total of 9.5" down in a month. WOW. That is awesome. So obviously even though I am only loosing 1/2lb a day I am loosing inches. This is an awesome diet. I can do this. My new goal is to loose up to 20lbs by Friday. That is just 4 days and 4 lbs. I can do this.
237.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 102.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
