So here's what yesterday taught me: I need to stay below 2200 hundred calories to loose weight. My reccommended RDI is 2600 calories. I actually ate less than what I recorded yesterday, and I still gained 1.4lbs. I will not be eating out again for at least until friday, so I shouldn't have any problems. We'll see how today goes, and find out if my hunches are correct.
