So, it's clear that my diet has been awful today. That has mostly to do with four factors: I had leftover Hooter's in the fridge, I didn't leave the house, I picked today to try out a bagel recipe, and most importantly, I had very little fiber, fruits or vegetables. In short, I'm willing to bet, that even though I stayed below my RDI, and I did 30 min. of Tae Bo, I will not have lost any weight tomorrow morning. Lesson learned.

So here's what yesterday taught me: I need to stay below 2200 hundred calories to loose weight. My reccommended RDI is 2600 calories. I actually ate less than what I recorded yesterday, and I still gained 1.4lbs. I will not be eating out again for at least until friday, so I shouldn't have any problems. We'll see how today goes, and find out if my hunches are correct.
