Today is Day 21 of my 26 day HCG Diet. I have lost a total of 17.5lbs so far. I am going to continue to loose. I have decided to set myself a goal. I will weigh less than 200lbs by my birthday. That means 36lbs in 53 days. That's just a half a pound a day. No problem right. I can do this. At the rate I am going I could be at my goal weight in less than a year. Wow! I can't believe that I have finally found something that works.

Fantastic work! I know you'll be able to reach your goal if you stick to your guns. BTW -- saw on a previous entry that you don't like drinking water. Someone mentioned flavor packs (which isn't necessarily allowed on hCG) and someone mentioned lemon (which I think sucks in water, LOL). Do you like chewing/sucking on ice? Might try that. You'll get your water intake AND keep your mouth busy. Good luck on your weight loss journey! Take care. :-)
