It's the middle of the week. Two more days till the weekend!! Anyways I went way over my RDI yesterday, how I managed that one I just do not know. I am eating but only thinks I crave and can put into some creative cooking. Overall it's not really bad food choices, and I am still running a deficit so all should be okay. I am still determined to reach my goal. The next big step will be to start and exercise again. It's almost time to show some skin and I do not want to walk around looking like a balloon that has slowly lost it's air. Well time to go and start this day.. Have a safe and healthy one!!
