I just tallied all my calories on dailyplate and got a total of 1045 and on fatsecret the total was 1300. So definitely a difference. And on dailyplate, I compared nutrition labels and they matched up perfectly. And I like that you can just pull up a list of previously recorded foods and just go down the list and check off things you have eaten. Which is so much quicker. so anyway. I will probably just log my food on dailyplate. I know i don't even really need to be counting calories but if I don't, i just get carried away eating things that are healthy but way too much of them. especially now that i am doing phase 2. on phase one i never worried about calories. and i just rode my bike for 30 minutes. Getting much faster every day!!

I pretty much have put all my foods down as custom foods. That way I know the calories are right. I have to keep an eye on them too, for peace of mind. That way if I have a weight gain, I won't be wondering if my portions are just too large. Keep up with the exercise, you're making great progress!
