Allergy testing for foods is not always accurate--I've been through 3 8 hour days of them--not fun. I learned while months of documenting info for a neuro doc to figure out migraines how to see what triggers are affecting me. Try it and document more than just what you are testing out because various factors affect one's day. Schmetterling nice to know how it helped you. I would love to decrease these meds and still breathe. So it is document daily for awhile.

Wholefoodnut, have you upped your Magnesium? That seems to be helping my Migraines a bunch. I have been taking a supplement Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc. And it has really made a big difference in my Migraines. A friend told me that her doctor recommended it and she hasn't had not one in over a year.
Good Luck and also check your Gluten too, that seems to make Allergies worse.

Almost no migraines anymore, chronic migraines were years ago. Neuro weaned me off the meds onto magnesium years ago. Now I get a very mild one maybe one or two or year.

Good to hear! Dairy isn't my friend, either. I do ok with very small amounts very rarely.

thsium, gluten is no issue for me. I eat lots of whole grains as I eat a primarily plant based diet. Just eliminating buttermilk in my smoothies, not drinking milk, eating ice cream and decreasing any cheese and yogurt etc. to see the affect on my asthma. To see the affect I need to document each day and this is for me the easiest place to do so.

I had a friend who's asthma would act up when she drank beer. She suspected it had to do with the hops, but was never sure.

Izzy it's usually hops or yeast. Not drinking beer at all for several months didn't seem to affect mine but still better for me not to drink it. Definitely don't need those empty calories!
