Once again like so many others I have decided to re-start this journey. Almost like a type of positive therapy. Things really came to light when I had an emergency doctors appointment. Not only has recent events hurt my emotional health but my physical too. So now I am on the road to recovery, and I thought it was time to start being accountable for myself. Perhaps if I feel I look good then I will once again feel good too. I can not rely on others to pick me up when I fall down, this time I have to pick myself up. Part of that process is being healthy and strong enough to do just that. So hello to everyone! Hope you had a safe, happy and healthy monday! Cheers to good health!!
