Blood sugar 84 this morning despite an episode of low blood sugar (shaky, tingly, very hungry) at abut midnight so I ate an 180 calorie protein bar. Those are handy to keep in purse for emergencies. As I keepbmy blood sugar low, there are those times when the foods I did eat are somehow likely to give rise to an episode like that. Last night I ate potato and cooked carrot with my meat--I think there was an insulin surge from that . I have to keep better records. Wt still the same, 192, but that's to be expected with eating veggies, (bulk) and I did eat thatbFiber One. It usually takes 2-3 days for the bloat to go away after I eat it. It's great fiber though. It's hard to find fiber in American diet.

Comments
I had diverticulitis in 2007. After surgery, my doctor told me to get fiber mix and I would never have another episode. I use a generic benefiber mixed into my coffee daily. No more problems. The kind that disappears, you never would guess it is in your drink or food. Try one bottle/jar to see if it helps.
