Survived the weekend with the grandchildren...We played hard Saturday and Sunday; we went to the beach and feed the seagulls plus walked a mile with 2 kids both days, plus the oldest road her bike, while I jogged behind her...it was great to be a part of a healthy routine with the children, to encourage outdoor activities. I put up a dryerase board on the fridge (corney I know) and I am keeping track of how many days I have done at least 10 minutes of exercise, so today the number is 8. My granddaughter wrote on my board, days of exercise and she loves me, so it is a great incentive to not go into the fridge and to see how long I can go. She is so supportive at the age of 7, amazing...I hope everyone had a great weekend and is working toward a great week...I am going to keep trying until I get it right!!!
