Squeezing in fitness isn't really that hard. Get some exercise tapes and do them at home. Many are 30 minutes or less. On the weekends if you don't work, you can get active and go for walks, hiking, biking, running, etc. Spring is coming, it will be warmer and lighter longer, so more time to squeeze it in.
