Gained a pound from my last weigh in. Hoping the cause is due to the fact that my TOM has arrived. Actually got on the eliptical this morning...only for about 10minutes but its better then nothing....Right? :) Going to try and get at least 10 minutes in, 3-4 times a day and then some stomach exercises either in the morning or evening. Haven't been doing any exercises so this should be a good start and then when spring hits I'll be ready for some walking.
