haha. 36 ounces of water, and 6 ounces of coffee by 7 a.m. (i get up at 3 a.m.), and for some strange reason i have to keep going to the bathroom!

LOL Funny how that seems to work, increased water intake being directly proportional the trips to the bathroom; we all do it, and inspite of the lost sleep, it's good for weight loss. Keep the pounds coming off. :-)
