You can eat what you burn or even more than you burn & NOT gain weight. We've got to stop starving ourselves & eating like birds. Track your expenditure. Eat what you burn/close to it with whole foods, meat, veggies, fruit & GF grains. Enjoy your life.

This is it!! I definitely agree and now that I've reached my goal weight I can enjoy what I eat and burn it with normal activities. I'm SO DONE with the times I used to starve myself and be weak and boney... Just so done. This is what I'd go for👍👍

I totally agree! I would rather have a scoop of ice cream when I get the craving than to pig out on it when I stick to a strict diet that never works for me and the cravings become too much! I also like my fruit and veggies.

How do you eat that many calories? I feel like I eat all day and barely make 1800 calories. Thanks

Monica, I eat three average size meals a day, two shakes when I workout and 2-3 snacks a day. I eat from the minute I wake up until I go to sleep. Most people struggle to lose weight bc there undereat! I eat what I burn and I maintain weight but burn fat and build muscle. It works for me and thousands others. Email me for deets.
