#Lowcarb #LCHF Dinner - I literally just threw a bunch of stuff together and it came out pretty delicious. Roasted some broccoli and sautéed some Kale. Cooked some ground beef and made a cream cheese mozzarella sauce. Layered it all up and baked it! Yum!

looks good. thanks for that 90 sec link. made my day dressed it up my way as I love sweets but have not eaten them like I used to but this will trick my mind. as it had the bread texture and I used my own topping mostly protein mixed with peanut butter. pic will be I uploaded once I get it ready. once again thanks for the link.

He's referring to a 90 second bread that I've posted a few times. It's gluten free and Keto friendly.
