What a happy surprise. Losing weight is such a slow process, I'm so happy to be able to experience some gratification (even if it's just a weight fluctuation) for all my hard work (although I cheat a lot).
I really believe this site is making me have good decisions. It stops me from eating that chocolate bar or bag of cookies.
