Oh well........ not much eight loss, but im greatful. Got to exercise more this weekend and next week. This virus is finally geting better, so i will hopefully feel more inclined to work out. Thank you God for some progress, no matter how minute.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
