I did watch what I ate yesterday, although didn't really restrict the calories. But I had eggs for breakfast, chicken for lunch and fish for dinner. Veggies at lunch and dinner. The only processed foods I ate were junior mints, sugar-free pudding, yogurt (which isn't that bad), and Mrs. T's perogies (potatoe).

Today I've already had a couple cookies from the bakery (at least they don't have preservatives), and another jello. But I plan to have salad and fruit for lunch, and I'll try to be good for dinner too.

So not completely cutting out the starches that I *love*, but really, really restricting them.

I thought about doing a fast for a day, but WebMD convinced me that really isn't the way to go, much better to just pick better foods.
225.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 85.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
