12 pounds lost in 3 weeks without any sort of extreme dieting. Just trying to avoid sweets and junk food and keep my calories below my goal. I am going to follow advice from friend and go 6 days around 2000 calories which is 1000 below my RDI and one day around 2500-2800 which he says will keep my metabolism higher by doing this once per week.
I had a set back with my back last week, but am able to walk again. My exercise hasn't been very consistent. Would like to make 2 25 minute walks around our circle at work each day. I am currently only doing that a few times per week as it's so busy at work it never seems to be a good time.
