Pretty much a water Fast except for those taking ACV/Lemon Water and drinks with essential salts like Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, ect... Got to keep the electrolytes up.

Im going to seriously try this,, no food just water/ liquids,, its a bit scary never fasted for 5 days,, I think 2 was my most when I needed an emergencylan to get into a hot pair of jeans many moons ago hehehe
