Yeah! I got much needed rest last night. i can do this. Today will be a great day. God, please give me the strength to stay focused - especially when i encounter stress. Got to exerise more today - i'm claiming progress NOW!
223.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
