My weekly weight loss class was last night. I felt so depressed afterwards. I just can't seem to tell myself no when it comes to food. I think part of it is that I just don't care how I look or how other people think I look. That has got to change. I need to learn to love myself. I will do better this weekend. I have to put my foot down. My goal for the week is 2lbs.
