Man, without this chart I would be so disheartened right now. The past few weeks have been hard fought to lose so little! But hey, I am still losing. I suppose if it keeps on at this rate at least I'm still going the right direction and will get there eventually.

Today I had my blood drawn to do a full workup plus celiac panel run and will head back in on Friday afternoon to get the results. I'm excited to see where things stand. Its been about a year since the last time I had work done so comparing before and after should be very informative of my health. More so than how I feel after losing 24 lbs!

Mini goals for this week are to get to bed by 10pm. I know my sleeping has been all over the place and really feel it. I'm also going to push myself to take the pup out every night this week. Even if its only 15 minutes around the block I've got to get back on routine. Hopefully this time next week I'll have my yellow bar!

Wow Dave....I think 24 pounds is great It's taken me 6 months to lose 40 pounds. You'll do great...you're on the right track....good luck
