Ok, 3rd day on phase 2 and things are not so well coz it’s hard for me to stop eating …..simply stop eating when I could feel full if I just stop and think about it. Also I think because of this change in my diet my complexion is getting uglier :)) I mean, even after a beauty treatment I still feel and see some changes. Also, thou 2 days i did some workout i don't think i will have time for workout from now on at least for 15 days, nor i will feel like searching for an opening in my program, if you know what i mean :D.

we all say we don't have time to workout, but come on really? I've said that plenty of times and everytime I really did have time to workout I just didn't. I don't know what exercise you are doing. Consider walking or better yet I swear by my stationary bike. I've got the big butt seat so it doesn't kill my rear to ride it. You can sit in front of the tv or whatever and ride. Sometimes if you really do want to lose weight you have to sacrifice and wake up 30 minutes early to get it done. From your earlier entries you should put pre portion meals on your table in front of you. If you have to put everything back in the fridge out of sight even before you sit down to eat. Experts say it takes 15 to 20 minutes before your mind even registers to tell you you are full. You can do it. Nothing is impossible. Girl I've been checking your journals out. Considering you are a doctor if you are concerned with cardiac arrest you should go see your doctor. They will let you know that you can handle it. I'm not trying to be mean but honest. I've been up to 200 pounds twice and 165 in my high school days. 165 wouldn't be bad if I were 5"10 but I'm not. I've used every excuse you can think of. They did nothing for me but keep me fat and uncomfortable with myself longer. I hope you find the will and the strength to change your current situation. By the way your complexion has worsened due to the fact your body has to eliminate those toxins taken in from years of bad eating habits. Keep up the hard work and it will clear up. Everything will your skin issues, weight issues, and the sense of I can't do it. You can do it! And we all would love to see you do it!

You about covered it all, clt. We're here for you elionor. We've all been through it and your message isn't much different than mine. Part of this diet is actually learning when to stop eating and figuring out how much you need to eat to feel full. I went for a long time eating too much and then regretting it because I was so stuffed. I've since figured out what it means to be satisfied by a meal and that, if nothing else, has been HUGE on this diet. I don't even fear the occasional treat now because it's all about portions. Speaking of which... I realize now what people mean when they say that restaurants serve *way* too much food. Wow! I had gone out and ordered a walleye fillet with some rice and there was enough food on the place for 3 meals! Crazy. Anyway, keep with it and look at it as a learning process. You can do it!
