Got results from Dr., Every thing was in NORMAL RANGE !!! SO NO INSULIN FOR ME !!! I have never been normal anything, Sugars came down 65 points from last visit, now in normal range, cholesterol 129, never had high Cholesterol, so with eating more protein , I figured it would go up, actually went down, I guess the seafood protein helped in that area, Now to lose another 10 #s, Per Dr. And my JOURNEY goes on. !!! Thank you everyone for your inspiration as You have all helped in my Journey..

I hear you on the protein front. Fish of all kinds have minimal impact on my lipid panel, but if I eat red meat or birds more than a couple times a month, my total cholesterol jumps 50 points. Even Dr. Atkins suggested in his books to go easy on the steak and beef front, though people will read around that point. Good to hear about your fantastic lab results, and we're cheering for you on your continued progress!
