Grrr... Exercise is really making me mad! I see people burning 3500 calories a day, but I just don't have endurance to work out for 1-2 hours a day. Today I did my "hardest" workout at home, which is a 45 (43 according to the DVD) Hip-hop dance workout. It really makes me sweat! And with my sunburn, it doesn't require me to do any floor work. I think I'm going to go back and do the bicycle for about 20 minutes, because I'm feeling discouraged about not burning enough calories.
Is there any difference between calories I'm burning while sitting on my ass and calories I burn while exercising? I always thought I was burning the "bad calories" off when I worked out... maybe I'm wrong.
