Today is milestone day - and it's a BIG one.

A few weeks back, I announced that I considered myself at my goal. I was at 77.5 kgs, and had literally lost half my weight.

Then, I took a little bit of a break, had stomach trouble and my weight fluctuated quite a bit between 77.5 and 80 kgs.

Well, today I can officially announce that I am at the goal I set with FatSecret, being below 77 kgs. Today I weigh in at 76.7 kgs.

Of course, being Indulgence Day today, I will most likely be up a bit again tomorrow, also because I kind of feel a little dehydrated this morning. We'll just have to see how "bad" the damage is.

It doesn't feel as such a milestone to me, though - I have mentally been done for a few weeks - I just think it's cool that I can now say that I am there, I am under 77 kgs, which will qualify me for the surgery when I get the evaluation of it around April. I just gotta keep doing what I am doing and it should be smooth sailing all the way.

Next step is to up my RDI with another 100 calories per day, so starting tomorrow I will set a max of 1900. Today, of course, is Indulgence Day, and my upper goal is 3200 calories.

I pretty much have the day planned out, when it comes to food.

I am planning on boiling a couple of eggs for breakfast. Nothing big, just that.

Then, around noon, Wife and I will be visiting the little local buffet and have lunch there. After lunch we're going shopping for the week. I'll be shopping for Saturday snacks too, and my sin of choice will most likely be chocolate. I've been longing for chocolate all week, and today's the day.

Dinner will be "stegt flæsk med persillesovs", danish oven-fried pork with potatoes and parsley sauce. Oh, how we love this dish. It's so basic, simple and tasty!



Late snack will be left-over chocolate (who knew this was even possible? LOL), and possible a banana/cocoa/protein smoothie.

I should be able to do all these things withink my RDI if I plan things right.

Today will be a good day.

We don't really have anything in particular planned. I think it'll be a day of movies and shows, and probably a day with a little time spent on the exercise bike. No record breaking today, though, I don't think I can muster up the energy for that.

Today I am thankful for:
- a nice, shiny, new low!
- Saturday, Saturday, Saturday!
- getting to spend the day with my gorgeous Wife!
- Buffet, chocolate, and one of my favorite dishes in the say 24 hours span!

Indeed, LIFE IS GOOD!

I am SO holding you to that! Now to find a ferry lol! Just a lil puddle to skip over and I am there. Hope it was good!
