Have incorporated a 12 hr fasting from 7pm to 7 am. I have not broken this in 3 days so ...
1. Can only help reign in the grazing facet to my eating behavior. 2. Experienced actual physical hunger unrelated ( stomach rumbling) vs emotional reasons to eating---all three mornings thus far. 3. Underlines my commitment and my surrender to this aspect in my life.
