Go through your diet calendar. Did you have a super high caloric day yesterday? Did you have a lot of sodium yesterday? Are your muscles sore from working out? (they retain water temporarily). Are you bloated from your TOM? Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight gain. If you haven't been tracking your food, that might be it. But it could also be many other reasons.
