I just looked up the daily recommended values of calories, fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbs, and protein and realized that I'm not doing so well. I've been keeping up with my food journal and when I compared all of these things to what I'm actually putting into my body I saw just how poorly I've been treating myself. Wow. Gotta step it up and keep up with these things before I make the mistake of poisoning my insides.
