acable178's Journal, 08 February 2010

I just found my way back to fatsecret, after having a baby in August. I've been doing weight watchers for a little while, with very little progress. I feel like I follow the program closely, but then I end up gaining. Then I take a week off, and I lose? Frustrating. I'm hoping watching the calories a little more closely will help me out... but I still don't want to get away from the points, so this works out perfectly.

Hello there I am doing both WW and counting the calories. I lost 44lbs doing weight watchers and have gained 4lbs so here to get rid of it before I end up where I started. I can understand how come I'm allowed 2 000 calories a day on this site, sounds way way too much for me...
