In snooping at what people are eating as healthy it is no wonder people are here like me on FS.

It is reasonable for people to follow diets but unreasonable to eat foods that are uncommon everyday. Problem...

They for one are time consuming and again people will only consume this for a short period until the find themselves eating as before. Thus up & down! Water Water Water!

I spout about drinking water this is truly the key to a good diet. Lots of water 10-12 cups a day. The food is only as important as the quantity you eat in food groups. You must plan your meals using them.For health reasons ie nutrients, vitamin, minerals etc....

Eat!

Amen, Buddy...you cannot over-emphasize the importance of water (staying properly hydrated, to be fancy...lol)...many,many times when folks think they are hungry, they are ACTUALLY thirsty...thanks for posting!
