What is there you would like to know about me? I have walked the earth for 69 years to date. I have been all over the US as a biker, former Marine/Soldier (27 yrs), former businessmen, former legislator, former Police Officer, former Firefighter & now retired. I love food & it likes me. I just wish it would not like me as well as it does! Thus I am here. Started here to get my diabetes under control. Started 05 January 2015.

Intermittent fasting
Is only a temporary fix at best. Fasting is a waste of time for the long run since most would...including me gain it all back. A slow methodical method is preferred to weigh loss.
I have lost 110 lbs over a three year period and still struggle in the short run with a pound here and there. It is a struggle to say the least especially when you have let yourself go for decades.

why
It appears by the numbers that in my estimation you are not eating well at all. Even with Atkins products you do not seem to eat right.

Why dont you find some other method such as eating three or even four meals a day with some snacks in between.

Just watch your portions and control...
Drink lots of water even when you feel like your drowning...

It just seems that the numbers are not right...calories.

It will take a little more time but the lbs will fall!
