This past week I have been fighting with myself over making good choices. Looking back over the past few years that I have been on this journey to be healthier, I noticed that those weeks when I didn't have the time to exercise were the weeks that temptation hit hard and won. If you use Strength Finder's you will understand this, my top strength is Context, so I used that to figure this all out. Now that I know that, I can work on dealing with those weeks and figure out some way to get in some exercise no matter how small it is. Here's to a better future!
