I had a poor start to my day. The trail system across the road has sprayed their spring pesticides; exposure sickness with mass feelings of depression. So, after my days chores and once the little one was down for her nap I went for my run. 5.5 miles through the "mtn." trails. Felt way better after my run; need to sweat out those nasty toxins from all the spring pesticides in the air.
