Haven't weighed in but I have been getting to the gym every other day and definitely watching what I ate. I made the mistake of getting a case of snack size chips but I am trying to eat those in place of bread or other starch. Also got another sample of one of those mail order food services and that makes decent meals that I have spread out during the week. They include the calorie counts so that is easy.
