February 1st.... The time is now and I'm committed to my weight loss challenge and working on a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to lose 22 lbs by April 26th. That's twelve weeks from today. I know I can do it!!!!
I've started working out during lunch and also after work. I'm working on making sure I incorporate healthy eating choices in my diet. I have three weddings to attend in the next 6 mths. I am a bridesmaid in two of them. I want to look and feel great instead of like a blimp!
I'm excited about the challenges ahead! I know I can do this!
