Happy Monday! Or is that an oxymoron? Lol. I'm ready to get back on track this week after yet another less than perfect weekend. I'm very close to breaking the weight that was my low point the first time I was on Fatsecret, before I abandoned ship and paid the price for doing so! That number is 142. I'd love to be there this Friday. I'm going to do "whatever it takes!" in tune with my latest challenge, to get there. Namely,

1) 64 oz of water per day
2) Not one day without exercise
3) 5 fruits and veggies per day
4) Avoid "bad" carbs like the plague

We went grocery shopping last night. I'm trying to try at least one new fruit per week, so I can mix it up and not get bored. I was not much of a veggie or fruit person before, so it's easy to pick new things. This week it's blackberries, kiwi, and nectarines.

My first meal in the slow cooker is going to be Chicken Caccatorie (sp?). I have some chicken thawing in the fridge today and then will be throwing it in the cooker tomorrow morning.

THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:
1) Snow all melted making it an easy drive to work
2) A pair of work pants that were snug a few weeks ago fit the way they are supposed to now (still an 8, can't wait to report in the future that I'm back in some of my old size 6's)
3) Getting to spend time with my family this past weekend

Let's make this week count everyone!!!

Kiwis are the best. Not only are they just pretty to look at, they taste amazing. Are you putting all that in yogert, or eating it plain? If you haven't tried it, Weight Watchers yogert is very good, and the entire cup is only 1 point.

I've never tried their yogurt... I was afraid it wouldn't taste good since it's only 1 pt. I'm glad to hear a good review! They were even on sale this week at my grocery store. Thanks for the tip!

2.5 pounds by Friday? It's a piece of cake, a single low day should put you in striking distance and, if there is any doubt, do another on Thursday. Excellent work!

That's what I was thinking Info!!! Probably will do a low day tomorrow. Just trying to get through a "normal" day today. :)

Sounds like you know what you're doing this week. Are you still doing the slim in 6? How do you like it Chris?
