Side effects of diet change/WEight loss that I was NOT expecting:
• I went to a belly that was solid [yes solid fat, but still solid] to a soft giggly belly. I think I need a man girdle. • CPAP for my sleep apnea now too powerful. At night I start blowing the excess air out of my mouth. This drys my mouth out and makes me whistle while I sleep. Annoys the crap of out wife. • Without the salt/sugar overload I now taste flavors I have never experienced in old foods. Need to go wine tasting now ... maybe now I can detect the "hints of vanilla, wild strawberries and charred oak" instead of "Oooh. Booze!" • On a similar note, McDonalds now tastes like crap. Took a bite of my son's cheeseburger and instead of enjoying the fatty goodness, I spat it out. It was like eating a salt lick that left my mouth coated in oil.
