Breakfast - 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese with vanilla and equal
Lunch - Salad with 1/2 Chicken Breast, 1T Sunflower Seedsa and oil and vinegar
Dinner - 2 slices Roast Beef

I feel like a carnivore!

I know what you mean about all the protein - I really do try to get several vegetables in each day - V8 Juice is a lifesaver - I keep one in the car and it is so cold here in MN - it is nice and chilled after work when I head for home. Your lunch salad sounds delicious!
