Breakfast - 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese with vanilla and equal
Lunch - Salad with 1/2 Chicken Breast, 1T Sunflower Seedsa and oil and vinegar
Dinner - 2 slices Roast Beef with mashed cauliflower

Is there a listing somewhere of that treat breakfast you make with the ricotta, that list the nutrient values? Id like to try that but I am also really having to watch my fat and cholesterol and daily calorie intake. I would love to try that if I can though! What does it taste like?
