Wow, day 2! This site has been amazing to me...what a wonderful network of people. I feel so encouraged!
I did very well in my eating yesterday and today so far. I went to the grocery with my girlfriend who is on this with me,and bought some good food and healthy snacks.

So far today I have had:
2-boiled eggs
3oz chicken breast
1%Milk with sugar free chocolate syrup
soy nuts (probably a 1/2 cup!)
1-Mozzarella stick
2-slices of peppered Turkey Breast

I think tonight I will make Homemade chicken soup with basil, mushrooms,onions,celery and zuchinni!(something like that!)LOL

I forgot that on this diet when I did it before, I would have HUNGRY days and some days I just wasn't extremely hungry. Today is a GOOD not-so-hungry DAY!
Cutting out sweets and starches helps SO much! I am not craving them and my blood sugar isn't bottoming out!
I STILL have to get ON THAT treadmill! I was supposed to go to the "Y" today but I didn't make IT! I walked WALMART does THAT COUNT???LOL

Youre doing great and this is a great plan. Just to let you know, I don't think we're supposed to have any milk on phase1. Maybe some people do?? Ask some others here, they know more than me. Keep up the great attitude, it will take you far!

You are doing great!! Yes, this site is "da-bomb"! :) As long as you keep healthy choices available to you, in your house, you shouldn't be hungry. I found that the only time I was hungry on this plan before, was when I didn't stock my house with healthy choices to eat. Here's some encouragement... get up, (now would be good) lol, goto your treadmill and walk for 10 minutes, and then come back here and tell us about it!! Paa-leaseeeeeee?? =D You can do it!! Go get 'em!

a treadmill will give you a much better workout, then walking around walmart...you have to sweat to drop the weight like you want to..gotta get all that toxin outta your body...and after you do the workout, you will feel really great....and glad you did it

HEY! NO "Y"? I want to check out the one near me. I drive by it all the time! I like my Jazzercise! All ages, ladies mothers/daughter, totally fun. It's in the rec.center, so there is so much going on!

You're going fanstastic. Congrats! Milk, fat-free or 1%; Milk, soy, plain-fat (4 g of fat or less per serving); Buttermilk, fat-free or 1%; Yogurt, plain fat-free; are all allowed.

Walking always counts! And then you walk around Walmart too! LOL. Hope we all have more of the "not so hungry" days compared to the "starvin' like marvin" days!!!!

your diet looks good...just remember to eat 4 times a day or 5...keep the sugars level and then walking around walmart will count more..lol
