Hello! My name is Kandi I am a mother of 3. A happily married woman of 17yrs. I love life! I love to laugh!
This whole weight loss thing is new to me. I have a lot to lose and a long way to go. But I absolutely HAVE to DO THIS! I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life BUT that is soon to change!
Recently I have overcome a severe lung disease which kept me down for nearly 2yrs. It was so dehabilitating and I had often wondered if it would take my life. Now that I am healed and whole, it's just the right thing to do! We only get one body given to us in this life so I think it's wise that we do our best to take care!
I love the IDEA of a healthy lifestyle. When I was in Highschool I was an aerobic maniac! So I am looking forward DROPPING this weight so I can get that ACTIVE life back! I have a lot of dreams and visions I want to see come to pass before I leave this earth and I really don't want to shorten my days because of the choices I make with food!
It's so ridiculous BUT an obviously problem that has been long over due for solving!

yeah, well as you can see...My lack of shows...BUT I will say I did great yesterday AND today so I am keepin on KIDS! Thank you for all your support! I have been working lately so I don't know how much this week I will be checking in with yA! Have a wonderful holiday if I don't get t o talk to you b4!
