This weight loss thing is a crazy game. Glad you've got it figured out. I'm in VA and we're getting ready for some snow...travel safely! 

Fun times! I wish I had the opportunity to get away for the weekend! I don't think you should kill yourself on your weekend away. Just have a good time, you deserve it! You'll get to 158, I'm sure, and soon wanting to get to 158 will seem like a distant memory! You're doing amazingly well! You are an inspiration! (Especially since we're the same age, you make me want to work harder!) 

L, thanks! Alli, yeah I just want to go overboard to where I feel sick, u know? I did that last weekend at the wedding! It was awful. and thank u for the compliments! :) 

Where are you going for the bachelorette party? I never had one, and Evan never had a bachelor party because our best man died a few months before the wedding. Anyway.... Great job on the weight loss. Its so hard to believe that EATING can actually make you LOSE weight, but its true! I can't wait to start eating 1300 calories this coming Monday and see what happens.... Have a great Friday, and an even better weekend!!!!! 

MOTG, we're going to AC for my bachelorette! I'm so excited!! Harrah's Pool, dinner on the pier, male strip club, then dancing! :) 

Ha! I told you! Google "Wendie Plan" and you'll get the explanation for that. Zig zagging calories is actually a really good method to confuse your metabolism and have it on high burn mode at all times!!! Congrats on the loss! : ) Can't wait to hear about all your bachelorette party details! Have a good weekend Gina. 

Nice Rox!! Harrahs has an indoor pool I think, so thats great! I wanted to stay there tonight because of the indoor pool, but its not happeneing. Oh well! Your going to have a great time! Any ideas where you'll eat at the pier? I need some good ideas! Just don't go to Buddakan because we went there for Mothers Day last year, and it made me very, very sick.... ETA - I just looked at all of the restaurants at The Pier Shops at Caesars, and the one I think looks the best for me and Evan (hes so damn picky!) is Sonsie. Its not badly priced, and has a lot of different stuff - some pizzas, some nice salads, sandwiches, and some indulgent looking entrees. They also serve a nice breakfast - from what I can tell on the menu!  

Laura, I've been doing the wendie plan on and off for a long time, but lately i haven't thought about it. guess i gotta get on it again! MOTG, yes! The indoor pool is where we're going And we're eating at The Continental.  

The Continental - I didn't look at their menu because by the looks of the picture, I thought they were just a bar. I'll have to go back and see! 

MOTg, that's so sad about your best man. What happened? Rox, sounds like your in for another fun weekend. Amazing you've been making such good progress even with your heavy social calendar! Enjoy the time with your friends. It's the best.  

i've been to the one in Philly on Chestnut St (there's another one on Market), and it's really nice! and thank u, Beets!! :)

Alli, yep! that's the one! There's one on Market and on Chestnut...then the one in AC! 

I love the one in Philly! It's funny, for my best friend's bachelorette party, we went to Philly (Cuba Libre, there's one at the Tropicana in AC, too) and for your bachelorette party you're coming NJ!  

Beets - Our friend had a drug problem that we didn't find out about till about a week before he died. He moved to Staten Island for a bit, and when he came back to Jersey, he was a totally different person. He was back working with Evan again (when he came back to Jersey) - he would leave the counter (they are both pharmacists) for like 30-45 minutes - He would be in the bathroom shooting oxycottons. Evan knew something was up, and thought it may be drugs, so he confronted him about it. He denyed it, and said that he was just going through "some stuff" with his girlfriend and that he was going to a psycologist for it soon. A week later we got a call from his sister that he had died. He didn't OD - he shot his drugs, then ate something like 3 hot dogs. He passed out, and vomited in his sleep (TMI sorry) and choked to death on it. He was such a great guy, someone everyone loved, KWIM? He is someone we will never forget - he wont let us since he likes to visit from time to time! Sorry to take over your journal Gina!!!! And pick the day and time, and I'll be at Peddlers!! 

Alli, did u like Cuba Libre?? The boy and I went to the one in AC, and we thought it was just ok. MOTG, no worries! I'm a biotch for not asking, and I meant to. I'm sorry to hear about that. :( And yes, we should definitely set a date for Peddler's...maybe in the spring when they have one of their annual events going on! 

Rox - Do you get their emails? I signed up, and we got a whole bunch of coupons for free stuff. Of course you have to go in Feb, and its to cold then! 

I actually don't get their emails. I would love to go to the strawberry festival weekend, but i'll be on my honeymoon! maybe the fine arts & crafts weekend?? 

The arts and crafts weekend will be fun! And the next Monday (June 7th) we are leaving for Vegas, so it will be a great beginning to our anniversary week! To bad you won't be around for the Strawberry festival, but as much fun as it sounds, it also sounds high in calories! LOL  

very true! i was there before for their strawberry festival, and they had strawberry shortcake...omg!!
