Woot! So far there seems to be a nice down trend of about 2 pounds a week for me. It's really nice to count calories and be like...Hmmm...that's 7000 calories. I should lose about 2 pounds and ACTUALLY be losing 2 pounds.

It's kind of rewarding!
160.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
