Didn't manage a lunch out but I did manage a 4.75 mile fast paced (for me) 6Km/hr walk - So we made an avocado salad for lunch. I have walked nearly 20 miles in the last three days and my legs are a bit sore -It must be helping my health though. Things are going very well so I'm expecting a call from one of those Baltic Ladies who keep asking me to call them on my ads link, but there is only disappointment ahead for them.

Hi there Ad. Well I think I've walked about 1000 miles in my nightmares over this weekend! Woke up feeling exhausted. Hope you enjoyed this dinner, sure looks like my sort of food x
