Diet went really badly for the past 3 days! Ate a whole pack of macaroons plus a fudge cake and did not count my calories! Was even too embarrassed to log in what I was eating or my exercise routine cause I just hadn't been faithful but today's a new day and will pick myself up and follow through till I reach my target weight!

I think its worse because they are on buy one get one free in Morrisons just now! Now, its driving me up the wall coz Morrisons is just a few yards from my house!!!
